通过用针刺结合无针头注射法,在温室条件下对烟草野生种Nicotianalongiflora,普通烟草(N.tabacum)中的白肋烟品种Ky14,烤烟品种Kutsaga110、SpeightG-140、中烟90和云烟85,杂交组合(SpeightG-140×Ky14)F1、(中烟90×Ky14)F1和(云烟85×Ky14)F1进行烟草野火病菌的接种,对这几个烟草种质材料对野火病的抗性进行了鉴定。结果表明,N.longiflora对野火病免疫,(云烟85×Ky14)F1、(中烟90×Ky14)F1和(SpeightG-140×Ky14)F1高抗野火病,Ky14和Kutsaga110抗野火病,SpeightG-140、中烟90和云烟85易感野火病。
Tobacco wild species Nicotianalongiflora, Burley tobacco variety Ky14, Kutsaga110, SpeightG-140, Zhongyan90 and Yunyan85 in flue-cured tobacco, Hybrids (SpeightG-140 × Ky14) F1, (Chrysanthemum 90 × Ky14) F1 and (Yunyan 85 × Ky14) F1 were used to inoculate tobacco wildfire and the resistance to wildfire of these tobacco germplasms Identification. The results showed that N.longiflora was able to immunize against wildfire disease (Yunyan 85 × Ky14) F1, (Chrysin 90 × Ky14) F1 and (SpeightG-140 × Ky14) F1 with high resistance to wildfire, Ky14 and Kutsaga110 against wildfire, SpeightG- 140, tobacco 90 and cloud tobacco 85 susceptible wildfire.
