为研究减轻镉污染对小麦造成的伤害,探讨了He-Ne激光和外施6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对镉(Cd)污染下的小麦抗氧化酶系的变化。结果表明:He-Ne激光、6-BA对镉污染均有缓解作用,He-Ne激光和6-BA复合处理下的效果最佳。复合处理提高了小麦幼苗中POD酶、SOD酶、CAT酶的活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量的增速变慢,电解质的泄露也得到了缓解。说明6-BA和He-Ne激光辐照处理可以减轻镉毒害引起的自由基伤害,对提高小麦抗逆能力具有积极作用。
In order to study the harm of wheat caused by cadmium pollution, the effects of He-Ne laser and 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) on the antioxidant enzymes of wheat were studied. The results showed that both He-Ne laser and 6-BA alleviated the effects of cadmium pollution, and the best effect was obtained under the combination of He-Ne laser and 6-BA. The composite treatment increased the activities of POD, SOD and CAT in wheat seedling. The growth of malondialdehyde (MDA) content slowed down and the leakage of electrolyte was also alleviated. These results indicate that 6-BA and He-Ne laser irradiation can reduce the damage caused by cadmium poisoning and play an active role in enhancing the resilience of wheat.
