Objective To observe the changes of various immunoregulatory cells and their subpopulations in peripheral blood of patients with Graves’ disease (GD). Methods Flow Cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the expression of Treg, Th1, Th2, Breg and DC in 32 GD patients and 30 healthy controls ) And other immune cell subsets, and compared. Results Compared with the normal control group, the proportion of Treg in Th1 cells and Th2 cells was decreased, the number of Th2 cells and Th2 cells were decreased, the number of DCs was decreased, the proportion of DC in mDC was decreased, Increased, mature DC ratio increased. Conclusion The imbalance of immunoregulatory cells in the peripheral blood of patients with GD may play a role in the occurrence and development of GD.
