短跑教学方法繁多,如讲解示范法、完整分解法、预防纠错法等,各种教学方法在实际运用中都有积极的一面,也有消极的一面,不管采用哪种方法,都应是殊途同归,目的不变。在教学中,应根据“教学有法、法无定法”的原则,围绕教和学以及个体特征进行教学, 做到重实效、轻形式、精讲多练,注重诱导,发展能力。在此,介绍趣味教学法、已知到未知教学法、前馈教学法、自练互练法。
