枯水是柑桔类果实在成熟和采后贮藏过程中普遍发生的生理病害。关于柑桔果实枯水问题的研究在多个方面取得了进展。从柑桔果实枯水过程中发生的生理变化、相关基因表达、影响因素和防控措施等方面,梳理了相关研究结果。
Low water is a common physiological disease of citrus fruits during ripening and post-harvest storage. Research on citrus fruit dry problems has progressed in many aspects. From the fruit dry process of citrus physiological changes occurred during the relevant gene expression, influencing factors and prevention and control measures, combing the relevant research results.
