1 概况引松人肇工程是为解决肇东市工农业和城镇居民用水紧张而兴建的供水工程.1997年被列为省重点工程.该工程由涝洲抽水站取松花江水经18km涝洲输水干渠,再经托公二级抽水站将水提到托公干渠,经20.3km输水渠道,进入库水闸入反调节水库,再由出库泵站将库水压入6km的压力管线,进市区内的净水厂,最后进入城市管网.反调节水库规模为中型,Ⅲ等工程,库容为1300万m~3.水库由粘性土均质坝,进库水闸、泄水闸和出库泵站组成.坝轴线为园型,直径为2128m,最大坝高8.2m.水库距哈大高速公路500m,距肇东市区6km,水库的安全影响重大,土坝需设计有足够的坝顶超高.本文从风浪的基本因素、风浪要素的计算、波浪爬高的计算等方面阐述引松入肇工程土坝的坝顶超高设计计算.
