目的:探讨医院门诊开展预约服务的实施效果,调查患者对预约服务的满意度。方法:采用浙江省湖州市中心医院自行设计的调查问卷对200例预约患者进行调查分析。结果:患者采用的预约方式以电脑自助挂号为主,专家号的预约率最高,候诊时间均控制在1小时之内,患者满意度达98.5%。结论:医院门诊预约服务有效缩短了患者的候诊时间,提高了患者就诊的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the implementation effect of hospital outpatient appointment service and investigate the patient satisfaction with appointment service. Methods: A questionnaire designed by Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province was used to investigate and analyze 200 scheduled patients. Results: The reservation method used by patients was computer self-registration, with the highest reservation rate of experts, waiting time within 1 hour and patient satisfaction of 98.5%. Conclusion: Hospital outpatient appointment service effectively shorten the waiting time of patients and improve the patient satisfaction.
