解决能源问题是当务之急。太阳能是极干净又廉价的能源,所以太阳能的利用日益受到广大人民的重视。利用太阳能的方式很多,不管何种方式都要跟踪太阳。我们着手研制的跟踪装置是全自动的,通常用于双轴或单轴跟踪的太阳能设备上。此装置是由光传感器、放大器、继电器、控制电路及执行机构组成。执行机构由两台电机通过减速装置带动反射镜,绕垂直轴在方位角上旋转、绕水平轴在俯仰角上旋转。通过两个方向的合成运动,达到跟踪太阳旋转的目的。电机是在控制器的指令下进行工作的。光传感器是根据光电效应来工作的。利用光电二极管与顶板的配合来检测太阳的位置,它的构造如图
It is imperative to solve the energy problem. Solar energy is extremely clean and cheap energy, so the use of solar energy is increasingly valued by the majority of the people. There are many ways to use solar energy, tracking the sun no matter what the way. The tracking device that we are working on is fully automated and is usually used on solar equipment with dual or single axis tracking. This device is composed of optical sensors, amplifiers, relays, control circuits and actuators. The actuator is driven by two motors through a reduction gear to rotate the mirror around the vertical axis in azimuth and at a pitch angle about the horizontal axis. Through the two directions of synthetic movement, to achieve the purpose of tracking the sun rotation. The motor is operating under the control of the controller. Light sensor is based on the photoelectric effect to work. The use of photodiodes and roof to detect the sun’s position, its structure as shown
