目的为全面掌握甘肃省泾川县碘缺乏病防治现状和存在的问题,了解农村居民户碘盐普及情况,动态评价重点人群碘营养状况及病情的消长趋势,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法按照《甘肃省碘缺乏病监测实施方案》的规定,从东、西、南、北、中5个方向,随机抽取9个乡镇居民户的食用盐共1 452份,连续5年进行监测。结果农村居民户碘盐覆盖率为100.0%,碘盐合格率为99.8%,合格碘盐食用率为99.8%。结论泾川县农村居民基本吃上了含碘盐,居民碘营养状况较好,但还需引导广大居民合理使用碘盐,达到科学补碘的目的,同时要建立防治碘缺乏病工作的长效机制。
Objective To comprehensively grasp the current situation and existing problems of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Jingchuan County, Gansu Province, to understand the popularization of iodized salt in rural households, to dynamically evaluate the iodine nutrition status and the growth and decline of the disease in key populations and to take appropriate prevention and treatment measures and science Adjust the intervention strategy to provide the basis. Methods According to the “Implementation Plan of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Monitoring in Gansu Province”, a total of 1 452 edible salt samples from 9 township households were randomly selected from five directions: East, West, South, North and Central, and monitored continuously for 5 years. Results The coverage rate of iodized salt in rural households was 100.0%, the pass rate of iodized salt was 99.8%, and the eating rate of qualified iodized salt was 99.8%. Conclusion The rural residents in Jingchuan County basically eat iodized salt, and their iodine nutrition status is good. However, it is necessary to guide the general public to use iodized salt rationally to achieve scientific iodization. At the same time, long-term effects of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control should be established mechanism.
