目的了解普通高校篮球运动员的膳食状况。方法采用定量食物频率法,于2012年对河北省不同地域4所普通高校的全部137名篮球运动员进行膳食调查。结果谷类、薯类和蛋类的摄入量都达到了中国居民膳食宝塔推荐标准;蔬菜水果类和奶类摄入量低于推荐摄入量的50%;鱼虾类摄入量低于推荐摄入量的20%,摄入频率每周不到1次;能量摄入来源比例不合理。维生素B1摄取严重不足;蛋白质质量较好。以中国运动员食物推荐摄入量为参考,各类食物远低于推荐标准。结论调查对象膳食结构基本符合中国居民平衡膳食宝塔的构成,食物种类合理,但是食物量偏低,饮食行为不合理,应加强营养教育,促进学生膳食均衡。
Objective To understand the diet status of college basketball players. Methods Using the method of quantitative food frequency, a total of 137 basketball players from 4 universities in different regions of Hebei Province were surveyed in 2012. Results The intakes of cereals, potatoes and eggs reached the recommended standards for Chinese pagoda pagodas; the intake of fruits, vegetables and milk was less than 50% of the recommended intake; the intake of fish and shrimp was lower than recommended 20% of the intake, intake frequency of less than 1 week; the proportion of energy intake unreasonable. Seriously inadequate intake of vitamin B1; protein quality is better. Chinese athletes food intake as a reference, all kinds of food well below the recommended standard. Conclusions The dietary structure of the surveyed subjects is basically in line with the composition of the balanced dietary pagoda of Chinese residents. The type of food is reasonable. However, the amount of food is low and the eating behavior is not reasonable. Nutritional education should be strengthened to promote students’ balanced diet.
