快速扩散制造是为了满足武器装备快速变批量生产需求而产生的一种先进生产模式,通过快速联合多企业制造资源以扩展现有企业制造能力的制造体系。在扩散制造环境中,制造资源的类型、分布、层次等问题都会对扩散制造过程产生制约和影响。为了在扩散制造环境下实现对制造资源的优化配置,其建模的合理性至关重要。合理的制造资源模型的建立能够支持分布和异构的制造资源进行共享与合作,准确、全面地实现资源信息描述、资源发现、配置和调用。
Rapid proliferation of manufacturing is to meet the rapidly changing mass production needs of weapons and equipment produced an advanced mode of production, through rapid joint multi-enterprise manufacturing resources to expand the manufacturing capacity of existing manufacturing systems. In a diffuse manufacturing environment, problems such as the types, distribution, and levels of manufacturing resources will have constraints and effects on the diffusion manufacturing process. In order to optimize the allocation of manufacturing resources in a diffusion manufacturing environment, the rationality of modeling is crucial. The establishment of a reasonable manufacturing resource model can support the sharing and cooperation of distributed and heterogeneous manufacturing resources to accurately and comprehensively realize the resource information description, resource discovery, configuration and invocation.
