在板式蒸发式冷凝器性能测试实验平台上,测试了纳米TiO2亲水涂层、冷却水喷淋密度、进口空气流速和填料等对水膜传热特性的影响。结果表明,循环冷却水的温度随着进口空气流速的增大而降低;冷却水温不一定和补水温度相等,可能大于也可能小于;纳米TiO2亲水涂层可有效降低表面张力,促进水膜的均匀分布;在相同的操作条件下,加入填料可有效降低循环冷却水的温度,水温降低了0.8~2.2℃,在高风速时更为明显。
The influence of the hydrophilic coating of nano-TiO2, the density of cooling water spray, the flow rate of inlet air and the filler on the heat transfer characteristics of water film were tested on the experimental platform of the plate-type evaporative condenser. The results show that the temperature of circulating cooling water decreases with the increase of the inlet air velocity. The cooling water temperature is not equal to the replenishment temperature, which may be greater or less than.
