目的:观察中药玉红膏对家兔的软组织损伤模型中创面肉芽组织成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)及转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达的影响,从分子水平探讨中药外用制剂促进软组织修复的机制。方法:将30只家兔采用经典的全层皮肤切割伤造模,并随机分为3组。治疗组外敷玉红膏并包扎,清洁换药组常规清洁换药,空白组仅换敷料。收集不同时期的肉芽组织,高倍镜下进行病理切片观察,用SABC法检测创面中b-FGF及TGF-β1蛋白表达,在400倍光镜下观察,BI-2000图像分析系统分析,结果以平均灰度值表示。结果:在同一取材的条件下,3组b-FGF蛋白表达在创伤后6d存在差异(P<0.05)。TGF-β1蛋白表达在创伤后10,14d存在差异(P<0.05)。同时,肉芽组织的生长状况在同一时期取材时间的条件下存在组间不同,在不同取材时间的条件下存在组内差异。结论:本实验证明中药玉红膏能够通过刺激创面内细胞产生内源性生长因子,进而促进创面的修复。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yuhong cream on the expression of b-FGF and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in soft tissue injury model of rabbits and to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation on the promotion of soft tissue Repair mechanism. Methods: Thirty rabbits were divided into three groups randomly by classic full-thickness skin incision injury. The expression of TGF-β1 protein was different at 10 and 14 days after trauma (P <0.05). At the same time, the growth of granulation tissue in the same period of time under the conditions of the presence of different groups, there are differences in the time of the different materials within the group. Conclusion: This experiment proves that Jade Red Paste can promote the repair of wound by stimulating the cells in the wound to produce endogenous growth factor.
