近来,俄罗斯与西方关系紧张的趋势越来越明显。西方不仅不断挤压俄罗斯的传统势力范围,美国更于不久前宣布要在波兰和捷克部署反导系统。面对西方咄咄逼人的攻势,俄罗斯也不甘示弱,采取了针锋相对的态度,这不免加剧了俄与周边国家,尤其是新近加入西方阵营的中、东欧国家的紧张关系,加重了它们对俄的疑虑和戒心。本文写于俄欧首脑会议前夕,作者预计到会议不会产生什么实质结果,但呼吁双方维持一种建立在规则基础之上的关系,算是比较理性的一家之谈。 Recently, the tension between Russia and the West has become increasingly apparent. The West has not only continuously squeezed Russia’s traditional sphere of influence, but the United States even more recently announced plans to deploy anti-missile systems in Poland and the Czech Republic. Facing the aggressive offensive of the West, Russia was not outdone, and adopted a tit-for-tat attitude. This inevitably exacerbated the tense relations between Russia and its neighboring countries, especially the newly joined Western countries, and aggravated their doubts about Russia. Do not mind. This article was written on the eve of the Russia-Europe summit. The authors do not expect that the meeting will produce any substantial results, but they call on both parties to maintain a relationship based on rules, which is a more rational one.
