目的探讨肿瘤淋巴管的生成与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF-C)表达的关系,为临床肿瘤诊断提供科学依据。方法收集恶性肿瘤病理组织76例,采用EnVision免疫组化二步法和Weidner法对肿瘤组织中的VEGF-C和淋巴管密度(LVD)进行检测。结果 LVD随VEGF-C表达强度上升而升高,其中VEGF-C表达中等阳性、强阳性的LVD值明显高于阴性和弱阳性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且LVD与VEGF-C表达呈线性关系(相关系数b=3.90,t=8.87,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C与肿瘤淋巴管生成有关,可以作为临床肿瘤诊断的依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lymphangiogenesis and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-C) in tumor and to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods Totally 76 cases of malignant tumor tissues were collected. EnVision immunohistochemical method and Weidner method were used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) in tumor tissues. Results The LVD increased with the increase of VEGF-C expression. The positive expression of VEGF-C in LVD was significantly higher than that in negative and weakly positive patients (P <0.05) The expression of C was linear (correlation coefficient b = 3.90, t = 8.87, P <0.05). Conclusion VEGF-C is associated with tumor lymphangiogenesis, which can be used as the basis of clinical tumor diagnosis.
