本文对三种磨削工艺的子样进行成组对比试验,以便研究和探讨不同磨削工艺对疲劳性能的影响。秩和检验和t检验(显著度为5%)证明,工艺Ⅰ与工艺Ⅱ之间,工艺Ⅱ与工艺Ⅲ之间,其断裂平均对数疲劳寿命并无显著差别,然而,工艺Ⅰ与工艺Ⅲ之间,其断裂平均对数疲劳寿命存在着显著差别,前者的中值疲劳寿命是后者的1.379~5.686倍。真空退火消除表面加工残余应力。但是,大大地降低了断裂平均对数疲劳寿命。
In this paper, the three kinds of grinding process sub-samples were compared in groups in order to study and explore the different grinding process on the fatigue performance. The rank sum test and t test (5% significance) proved that there was no significant difference in the average logarithmic fatigue life of fracture between process I and process II, between process II and process III, however, process I and process III , The average logarithmic fatigue life of fracture has a significant difference, the former’s median fatigue life is 1.379 ~ 5.686 times the latter. Vacuum annealing to eliminate surface processing residual stress. However, the average logarithmic fatigue life of the fracture is greatly reduced.
