机车车辆轴承故障(表面损伤)与故障征兆(振动的各类特征)并非简单的对应关系。一种故障征兆并不仅仅对应一种故障,几种故障可能都有同一故障征兆;同时,一种故障又可能有多种故障征兆。这种不可逆性使轴承诊断变得复杂而又困难。仅仅用一种参数,一种方法难以包容众多的故障,难以发现众多的故障征兆。据此,作者研究提出双参数简易诊断与共振解调精密诊断相结合的诊断技术,并研制成JSC-206机车车辆轴承诊断仪。取得了满意的效果,科研成果得到迅速推广。
Locomotive bearing failure (surface damage) and fault symptoms (vibration characteristics of various types) is not a simple correspondence. A fault symptom does not correspond to only one fault, and several faults may have the same fault symptom; at the same time, one fault may have multiple fault symptoms. This irreversibility makes bearing diagnosis complicated and difficult. With only one parameter, a method is difficult to accommodate many faults, it is difficult to find a large number of fault symptoms. Accordingly, the author of the study proposed a combination of dual-parameter diagnosis of simple diagnosis and resonance demodulation diagnostic techniques, and developed into a JSC-206 locomotive bearing diagnostic apparatus. Achieved satisfactory results, scientific research has been rapidly promoted.
