2.4m风洞是世界上最大的引射式风洞之一,该风洞控制系统多、所能实现的吹风方式也多,因而,其系统复杂。风洞被控对象具有:非线性、时变、滞后和耦合特性,而风洞试验又要求系统有较高的控制精度和较快的稳定收敛速度。为了解决这种控制系统复杂的风洞控制问题,在控制系统硬件和软件上分别采用了先进的集散型控制系统硬件和智能控制策略,使风洞p0和M数控制精度分别优于0.3%和0.002。笔者对风洞控制核心系统和控制软件的设计和控制策略进行了介绍。给出了调试结果说明了控制策略和控制软件的设计是成功的。
2.4m wind tunnel is one of the largest induced wind tunnels in the world. There are many wind tunnel control systems and many blowing methods are available. Therefore, the system is complex. Wind tunnel controlled object has: nonlinear, time-varying, lagging and coupling characteristics, and wind tunnel test also requires the system has a higher control accuracy and faster steady convergence rate. In order to solve the complicated wind tunnel control problem of this control system, the hardware and software of the distributed control system are respectively used in the control system hardware and intelligent control strategy to make the control accuracy of wind tunnel p0 and M numbers better than 0.3% and 0.002. The author introduces the design and control strategy of wind tunnel control core system and control software. The results of debugging are given to show that the design of control strategy and control software is successful.
