基于过程系统“三环节”理论对换热网络进行能量和(火用)平衡分析。分析结果表明,合理地提高连接装置的中间物流出料温度,可减少“冷却-重复加热”的换热(火用)损。炼油装置可利用热出料物流改变上、下游装置用能格局的机会,重新优化四配各装置换热网络,并允许某些物流打破装置界限,在大区域范围内进行优化匹配利用,实现炼油装置的深度热联合,以达到能量综合利用、降低全厂能耗和提高经济效益的目的。
Energy and Exergy Balance Analysis of Heat Exchanger Networks Based on Process System “Three Links ” Theory.
