将国企退休人员纳入社会化管理是顺应市场化经济的变革需要与历史的必然,也是为国企减负和保障退休人员自身利益的重要举措。文章就退休人员的社会化管理内涵概述作为总起,针对国企退休职工社会化管理所具备的一定优势展开论述。最后,立足于国企退休人员纳入社会化管理的模式和应用。以期为广大国有企业退休人员的社会化管理提供一些浅薄的意见。
The inclusion of retired workers in state-owned enterprises into social management is an inevitable response to the changing needs and history of a market-oriented economy. It is also an important measure for reducing the burden on state-owned enterprises and safeguarding the interests of retirees themselves. The article reviews the connotation of the socialized management of retirees as a starting point and discusses some advantages of the socialized management of the retired workers of state-owned enterprises. Finally, based on the model and application of retired workers in state-owned enterprises into social management. With a view to providing some superficial opinions on the social management of retirees in the vast number of state-owned enterprises.
