称取若干地黄样品,用去离子水定容、超声震荡、过滤后测定紫外(UV)光谱。采用多元曲线分辨-交替最小二乘法(MCR-ALS)分析测得的UV光谱数据,提取出3种纯组分的UV光谱,并计算混合体系中其相对浓度。结果表明,从混合组分中提取的UV光谱可以用来将炮制过程中混合组分简单地定性,根据这些组分相对浓度升降的变化趋势,监控地黄炮制过程,确定炮制终点。MCR-ALS-UV法为监控地黄炮制过程及确定炮制终点提供了新途径。
A number of yellow earth samples were weighed, and the ultraviolet (UV) spectrum was measured after deionized water, ultrasonic vibration, and filtration. The UV spectral data obtained from multi-curve resolution-alternative least squares (MCR-ALS) analysis were used to extract the UV spectra of the three pure components and calculate their relative concentrations in the mixed system. The results show that the UV spectra extracted from the mixed components can be used to simply characterize the mixing components during the processing. According to the trend of the relative concentration of these components, monitoring the process of concocting the ground yellow and determining the end of the processing. The MCR-ALS-UV method provides a new way to monitor the processing of ground yellow and determine the finishing point.
