中国是一个劳动力相对过剩的国家,“强资本弱劳工”的趋势比较明显,企业职工集体协商能力不强是普遍现象。在这种情况下,指望企业在自愿前提下普遍建立企业年金计划是不切实际的。本文围绕企业年金制度面临的问题进行论述。
China is a country with relative surplus labor force. The trend of “strong capital and weak labor” is obvious. It is a common phenomenon that the collective bargaining power of workers is not strong. Under such circumstances, it is unrealistic to expect enterprises to establish enterprise annuity plans on a voluntary basis. This article discusses the problems facing the enterprise annuity system.
