目的依照《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》及其配套法律法规的规定,探讨建立科学、有效、规范的监督管理模式。方法以湖北省十堰市辖区内36家汽车制造企业为研究对象,开展职业卫生分类及量化分级管理工作。结果接触有害作业人员健康监护率从85.0%上升到90.6%,职业病危害因素检测率从90%上升到100%,个人防护用品穿戴率从47%上升到80%,职业卫生知识培训率从40%上升到60%,职业卫生管理制度的完善率从20%上升到70%,职业危害因素告知率从50%上升到100%。结论职业卫生分类及量化分级管理增强了企业守法和自律意识,对推进职业卫生监督管理、保护劳动者的健康具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the establishment of a scientific, effective and standardized supervision and management mode in accordance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases” and its supporting laws and regulations. Methods Thirty-six automobile manufacturing enterprises in Shiyan, Hubei Province were selected as research objects to carry out occupational health classification and quantitative management. Results The rate of guardianship of workers exposed to harmful substances rose from 85.0% to 90.6%, the detection rate of occupational hazards increased from 90% to 100%, the wearing rate of personal protective equipment increased from 47% to 80%, and the occupational health knowledge training rate from 40% Rose to 60%, the improvement rate of occupational health management system rose from 20% to 70% and the occupational hazard factor increased from 50% to 100%. Conclusion Occupational Health Classification and Quantitative Management have enhanced the corporate awareness of law-abiding and self-discipline, which is of great significance to promoting the supervision and management of occupational health and protecting the health of workers.
