含碳团块—铁浴二步法熔融还原,选用环型还原焙烧炉预还原含碳铬矿团块、转炉铁浴终还原二步流程冶炼碳素铬铁和不锈钢母液.该流程被设计成一个封闭系统,以使能量得到反馈利用,且以煤代焦;铁浴中余渣残铬由低浓度铁液吸收,以提高铬的回收率.在物料平衡和热平衡基础上对该法冶炼碳素铬铁和不锈钢母液进行了计算机模拟,结果表明:用本设计流程生产碳素铬铁的总能耗低于埋弧电炉的相应指标约122kg/t 标煤.铬回收率提高约3.4%.
