目的建立中药材苘麻根中弱极性成分的GC-MS分析方法。方法分别采用冷浸法、超声提取法、索式提取法对苘麻根中的弱极性成分进行提取,比较其浸膏得率,采用优化的提取方法提取苘麻根中的弱极性成分并进行GC-MS分析。结果采用索式提取法提取时,苘麻根中的弱极性成分较多,利用GC-MS方法对苘麻根中的40个弱极性成分进行了分析和鉴定。结论作者建立的苘麻根中弱极性成分的提取方法和分析方法简便易行,适用于苘麻根中弱极性成分的研究。
Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the analysis of weak polar components in the roots of Radix Gracilaria. Methods The cold polarity, ultrasonic extraction and sowing extraction method were used to extract the weak polar components in the root of Sophora flavescens. The extraction rate was compared with that of the extract. The optimal extraction method was used to extract the weak polar components And analyzed by GC-MS. Results When using Soxhlet extraction, there were more weak polar components in kenaf root, and 40 weak polar components in kenaf root were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Conclusion The method and method for extracting weak polar components from the root of Sophora japonica L., which is established by the author, are simple and easy to apply and are suitable for the study of weak polar components in Sophora japonica.
