Global politics (including global politico-economics) and the international order are vast and confusing topics that have attracted many commentators.I will try to bring some fresh meaning in my argument today and so I will first make a broad and in-depth review of recent developments in several major aspects in order to introduce some "specific conclusions".
It is a generally-held view that the global economy is still in recession, especially in Europe and Japan. However, when it comes to the U.S.,it is far from certain that the crisis and the subsequent downturn since autumn 2008 will continue for much longer. It is very difficult to predict what will happen to the U.S.economy.The U.S.began its recovery a long time ago but that recovery is still weak. There are clear signs that U.S.industries are revitalizing, and also there have been several breakthroughs in technological innovation that promise tremendous economic potential in the U.S.over the past few years—these occurred in the rarely-mentioned fields of shale oil and gas rather than the expected areas of information technology and green energy.
