血管生成素 (angiopoietin)是在血管生长中起重要作用的蛋白质因子 ,主要有an giopoietin 1和angiopoietin 2 ,酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体 2 (tie 2 )是其共同受体。Angiopoietin 1的作用主要是维持血管内皮细胞的稳定 ,而angiopoietin 2则在血管重构中起重要作用。在体内angiopoietin 1和angiopoietin 2由不同的细胞所表达 ,并且受到炎症、缺血、缺氧等多种因素的影响。在肿瘤的血管生成中 ,angiopoietin 2起重要作用 ,出现在肿瘤侵袭区的边缘。通过阻断angiopoietin tie 2系统可能达到抑制肿瘤生长的目的
Angiopoietin is a protein factor that plays an important role in the growth of blood vessels, mainly an giopoietin 1 and angiopoietin 2, and its tyrosine kinase 2 is its common receptor. Angiopoietin 1 is mainly used to maintain the stability of vascular endothelial cells, while angiopoietin 2 plays an important role in vascular remodeling. Angiopoietin 1 and angiopoietin 2 are expressed by different cells in vivo and are affected by many factors such as inflammation, ischemia and hypoxia.
