汽车远程动态跟踪系统是基于嵌入式系统等控制单元将数据采集、传输和处理应用于现代汽车上的一项新技术,尤其对于新能源汽车实现车上数据信息监测与管理更为重要。文章研发了一种基于3G网络技术的汽车远程动态跟踪数据采集与传输模块,设计方案上采用飞思卡尔16位MC9S12XET256 CPU和SIMCOM公司SIM5320 3G&GPS模块作为硬件平台,利用汽车CAN总线接口采集汽车整车控制器VCU发送的各个参数数据,然后通过3G网络把采集的各种数据实时传输到远程管理计算机或终端进行存储和管理,以此实现纯电动汽车远程动态管理。通过实际试车验证取得了良好的效果,并且已经在嘉定汽车城纯电动车展示区投入实际使用。
Vehicle remote dynamic tracking system is based on embedded systems and other control unit data acquisition, transmission and processing of a new technology applied to Hyundai Motor, especially for new energy vehicles to achieve on-board data monitoring and management of information is more important. This paper develops a vehicle remote dynamic tracking data acquisition and transmission module based on 3G network technology. The design adopts Freescale 16-bit MC9S12XET256 CPU and SIMCOM SIM5320 3G & GPS module as hardware platform, and uses the vehicle CAN bus interface to collect the entire vehicle Controller VCU send the various parameters of the data, and then through the 3G network to collect all kinds of data collected in real-time transmission to the remote management computer or terminal for storage and management, in order to achieve pure dynamic remote management of electric vehicles. Through the actual test validation achieved good results, and has been put into practical use in Jiading Auto City pure electric car display area.
