４例Ｃｒｅｕｔｚｆｅｌｄｔ－Ｊａｋｏｂ病（ＣＪＤ）的新鲜脑组织石腊切片用改进的免疫组织化学染色，均呈突触型阳性。不仅证实诊断正确，而且为研究国人ＣＪＤ的分子生物学与临床病理的联系提供了依据。
In 4 cases of fresh Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), paraffin sections were stained with improved immunohistochemistry and all showed synaptic positive. Not only confirms the correct diagnosis, but also provides a basis for the study of the molecular biology and clinical pathology of CJD in China.
