在磷酸盐体系下采用不同电压对TC4钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,在其表面制得陶瓷膜层,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及能谱仪对膜层形貌结构进行分析,并在w(H2SO4)=20%溶液中进行腐蚀试验。结果表明,膜层的生成相由金红石和锐钛矿构成,随着电压的增加,表面形貌由原先的微孔较小、分布均匀逐渐变到微孔形状不规则,孔径变大,粗糙,并且腐蚀速率提高,耐腐蚀性下降。
TC4 titanium alloy was treated by micro-arc oxidation under different voltage in phosphate system. The ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of the TC4 titanium alloy. The morphology of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy. (H2SO4) = 20% solution for corrosion test. The results show that the formation phase of the film is composed of rutile and anatase. With the increase of voltage, the surface morphology changes from the original micropore, the uniform distribution to the irregular micropore shape, the larger aperture, the rougher , And corrosion rate increases, corrosion resistance decreases.
