以MQ40-45m门座起重机臂架为研究对象,结合钢丝绳建模技术,运用动力学联合仿真的方法,对门座起重机组合臂架的起升制动进行了动力学仿真研究。并对没有钢丝绳的组合臂架模型与有钢丝绳和卷筒的组合臂架模型仿真得出的动应力分别与测试结果作对比。
With the MQ40-45m portal crane boom as the research object and the wire rope modeling technology, the kinematic simulation study of the lifting brake of the combined boom of the portal crane is carried out by the method of dynamic co-simulation. The dynamic stress simulations of the combined boom model without wire ropes and the combined boom model with wire ropes and reels were compared respectively with the test results.
