本文报道对31例老年冠心病患者服用SOD强化刺梨汁前后血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSH-Px)活性的测定。结果表明,服药后与服药前比较,血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);红细胞SOD活性升高,但无显著性(P>0.05);SeGSH-Px活性明显升高(P<0.01),提示SOD强化刺梨汁具有不同程度地升高两种抗氧化酶活性的作用,能明显抑制冠心病患者体内的脂质过氧化作用。
This paper reports the plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) content, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and selenium glutathione peroxidase (SeGSH-Px) activity in 31 elderly patients with coronary heart disease before and after taking SOD to strengthen pear juice. The determination. The results showed that the plasma MDA content was significantly decreased (P<0.05) after treatment and the red blood cell SOD activity was increased, but there was no significant (P>0.05); SeGSH-Px activity was significantly increased (P<0.01). It was suggested that SOD enhanced the juice of Rosa roxburghii with different degrees to increase the activity of two kinds of antioxidant enzymes, and it could obviously inhibit lipid peroxidation in patients with coronary heart disease.
