信息产业部电信管理局主办的信息 服务规范培训会的召开标志着“畅通网 络,诚信服务”主题活动在增值电信业 务领域拉开了序幕。信息产业部通信行 业行风建设领导小组为了进一步深化电 信服务工作,在政府监管、企业自律、社 会监督的机制下切实保障广大电信用户 的合法权益,于2005年11月至2006年3 月期间,同中国消费者协会和全国电信 用户委员会在电信行业联合组织开展了 “畅通网络,诚信服务”的主题活动。这 个主题活动分4条主线开展,第一是宣贯 落实政策法规;第二是改善网间的通信
