目的:探讨凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)和D-二聚体(D-dimer)联合检测对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)和急性主动脉夹层(acute aortic dissection,AAD)患者的鉴别诊断价值。方法:收集ACS组患者120例、AAD组患者120例和正常对照组60例,取血清,分别检测TSP-1和D-dimer在三组中的血清水平,并对结果进行分析。结果:TSP-1和D-dimer在ACS组、AAD组浓度均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而TSP-1在ACS组升高更明显,D-dimer在AAD组升高更明显。结论:TSP-1和D-dimer联合检测可以协助ACS和AAD这两种疾病的鉴别诊断。
Objective: To investigate the effect of thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) and D-dimer on acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and acute aortic dissection acute aortic dissection, AAD). Methods: 120 patients with ACS, 120 patients with AAD and 60 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The serum levels of TSP-1 and D-dimer were measured in three groups and the results were analyzed. Results: The concentrations of TSP-1 and D-dimer in ACS group and AAD group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05), while TSP-1 increased more significantly in ACS group and D-dimer increased more significantly in AAD group . Conclusion: The combined detection of TSP-1 and D-dimer can assist in the differential diagnosis of ACS and AAD.
