以日本Kisseis公司产的曲尼司特为对照,对华西医科大学药学院新合成路线合成的曲尼司特的抗过敏作用进行了研究。结果显示:华西产曲尼司特能明显抑制大鼠PCA反应和豚鼠Schultz-Dale反应,能有效地稳定肥大细胞膜,阻止肺组织释放SRS-A及对抗SRS-A引起的收缩反应,而且作用强度与日本产曲尼司特相似。
The anti-allergic effect of tranilast synthesized by a new synthetic route of West China Medical University School of Pharmacy was compared with that of tranilast produced by Kisseis Corporation in Japan. The results showed that trastuzumab could significantly inhibit rat PCA response and guinea pig Schultz-Dale response, stabilize mast cell membrane effectively, prevent SRS-A release from lung tissue and antagonize the contractile response induced by SRS-A, and the action intensity Tranilast with Japanese similar.
