基于抗坏血酸还原Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－邻二氮菲为桔红色的铁（Ⅱ）－邻二氮菲的反应，研究了在阳离子表面活性剂－溴代十六烷基吡啶（ＣＰＢ）水溶液中分光光度法测定抗坏血酸的方法。用于实际样品中抗坏血酸含量的测定，结果令人满意。

For the actual sample ascorbic acid content determination, the results are satisfactory.
