原发性肾病综合征20例,男11例,女9例,年龄33±s12a。经PSS0.1-0.2g/d静滴,14-21d为一个疗程,共2-3个疗程。其疗效:所有的患者血脂降低,血浆蛋白升高;90％的患者尿蛋白减小。说明单用PSS对本病治疗有效。
