为了充分了解本人力资源管理专业的就业前景和就业需求,我们以长沙民政职业技术学院为主要对象,对湖南三所高职院校人力资源专业的师生以及10家企业的人力资源管理人员进行了调查。高职院校人力资源管理专业需要以岗位需求为导向,建立课证融合的课程体系,在授课过程中提升学生的职业技能和综合素质,同时提升授课教师实务经验,实施订单式人才培养方式。
