从钛合金基体和增强相的选择、TMCs 的制备方法、TMCs 的微观组织和界面结构、TMCs 的性能和TMCs 的应用5 个不同方面叙述了自生颗粒增强型钛基复合材料的研究进展。重点介绍了熔铸法、XDTM法、燃烧合成法、燃烧合成熔铸法制备TMCs 的基本工艺、优缺点和发展。同时对复合材料的组织、界面反应情况和力学性能进行了综述。最后对TMCs 应用情况也做了简单的叙述。
The research progress of self-generating particle reinforced titanium matrix composites is described from five aspects: the selection of titanium matrix and reinforcing phase, the preparation methods of TMCs, the microstructure and interfacial structure of TMCs, the properties of TMCs and the application of TMCs. The basic techniques, advantages, disadvantages and development of the preparation of TMCs by melting and casting method, XDTM method, combustion synthesis method and combustion synthesis-casting method are mainly introduced. At the same time, the composite structure, interface reaction and mechanical properties were reviewed. Finally, the application of TM Cs also made a simple description.
