一、引言在水泥生产过程中,生料配置是重要的工程之一。配料质量的好坏直接影响熟料和水泥的质量以及窑磨主机运转的操作条件和经济指标。目前我国有不少的小水泥厂生料配置仍处于圆盘喂料、人工分析生料成份和人工控制配比的落后状态,合格率很低。稍先进的一些单位则采用PID调节器为基础的自动控制生料的配比方法。由于生料配置系统是一种具有较大纯滞后、其参数也存在缓慢变化的系统,加上生产现场存在较大的随机干扰(球磨机等),因此用定常系统所用的反馈控制方法来整定PID参数就比较困难(有时不能得到满意的效果)有鉴于此,我们设计了小水泥厂生料配置的自校正控制系
