用自行标记的5-131I尿嘧啶(5-131IU)作为示踪剂,通过SPECT观察食管半透膜渗疗器在体内外的渗透规律。15例食管癌患者体内示踪观察表明,渗疗器囊内放射性计数按指数规律递减,曲线方程是Y=A·(0.739)x,其半渗透时间为1.8h;经半透膜渗出的药物除少量被肿瘤组织吸收外,大部分进入体循环再分布到各组织器官。体外观察表明,囊内加压对渗透速度无影响。观察渗疗器囊内渗透规律对指导临床合理渗疗具有一定的意义。
Self-labeled 5-131Iuracil (5-131IU) was used as a tracer to observe the infiltration of esophageal semipermeable membrane in vitro and in vivo by SPECT. Tracer observations in 15 patients with esophageal cancer showed that the radioactivity count in the osmotic capsule was decreasing exponentially. The curve equation was Y=A·(0.739)x, and the semi-permeable time was 1.8 h; Except for a small amount absorbed by the tumor tissue, most of the exuded drugs enter the systemic circulation and are distributed to various tissues and organs. In vitro observations showed that intracapsular pressure had no effect on the rate of penetration. Observing the permeability of the osmotic device capsule has certain significance in guiding the clinical rational osmotic therapy.
