大断面临空巷道支护一直是困扰干河煤矿的生产技术难题,从以往的经验来看,留设30 m煤柱支护难度仍然很大。在分析地质力学测试结果和干河煤矿2-1021巷生产条件的基础上,采用数值模拟法确定1021临空巷道合理煤柱尺寸,在分析原有支护存在不足的基础上提出适合临空大断面巷道的高预应力锚杆锚索支护技术,适当放大锚杆间排距,实现了快速支护,掘进和回采期间矿压监测表明,高预应力支护能够很好地控制巷道围岩。
Large section of roadway with roadway support has always plagued Qianhe Coal Mine production technology problems, from past experience, leaving 30m pillar support is still very difficult. Based on the analysis of the geomechanical test results and the production conditions of Lane 2-1021 in Qianhe coal mine, the reasonable coal pillar size of 1021 roadway is determined by numerical simulation. Based on the analysis of the existing support defects, The high prestressed anchor and anchor supporting technology for section tunnels can enlarge the row spacing between anchors and achieve rapid support. The monitoring of rock pressure during excavation and mining shows that the high prestressed support can well control the surrounding rock of the roadway .
