素来被人们称为“林大头”的林业企业眼下深为近年来出现的资源危机和资金危困的“两危”局面所困扰。为此,所有关心林业企业和林业事业发展的人们都十分焦虑。为了使林业尽早摆脱危困从低谷走出,我们的林业干部、工人、广大科技工作者都做出了相当的努力;一些专家学者甚至在管理学理论和经济学理论上做了深刻的分析和研究。所有这些,对“治危兴林”都起到了积极的作用。然而,人们在上述探寻中忽略了一个重要问题——林业企业的企业文化研究。
The forestry enterprises that have always been called as the “big head of forest” are now plagued by the “two dangers” situation of the resource crisis and financial crisis that have emerged in recent years. For this reason, all those who care about the development of forestry enterprises and forestry are very anxious.
