信息科技是一门基础性的课程,小学信息科技主要任务是培养学生对信息技术的兴趣和意识,让学生了解和掌握信息技术基本知识和技能,培养学生良好的信息素养,把信息技术作为支持终身学习和合作学习的手段,为适应信息社会的学习、工作和生活打下必要的基础。传统文化素养的延续和拓展;使受教育者达到独立自学及终身学习的水平;对信息源及信息工具的了解及运用;必须拥有各种信息技能,如对需求的了解及确认,对所需文献或信息的确定、信息检索,对检索到的信息进行评估、信息组织及处理并作出决策。信息素养包含了技术和人文两个层面的意义:从技术层面来讲,信息素养反映的是人们利用信息的意识和能力;从人文层面来讲,信息素养也反映了人们面对信息的心理状态,也可以说面对信息的修养。因此,信息科技作为一门课程,其中牵涉的不仅是知识和技术,也包括情感、态度、价值观的培养。
