烟气在热处理炉内的流动情况如何,对物料的加热质量有重大影响。本文是针对机械委第五设计研究院为沈阳重型机器厂设计的一个23.52m~2台车式热处理炉进行了以冷风为流动介质的等温模型实验。采用先进的激光多普勒测速仪测量气流速度,以了解炉内的速度场分布,并从中进一步探讨了该设计的合理性。一、模型设计及模化计算 1、实物: 炉膛尺寸:炉长L=8850mm,宽B=3360mm,高H=2650mm。炉顶断面呈梯形。靠近炉膛底部的两侧各有6个交错排列
The flue gas flow in the heat treatment furnace how the material quality of heating has a significant impact. This article is aiming at the 23.52m ~ 2 car-type heat treatment furnace designed by Shenyang No.5 Design and Research Institute for Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory, and isothermal model experiment with cold air as the flowing medium was carried out. The advanced laser Doppler velocimeter was used to measure the velocity of the gas flow to understand the distribution of the velocity field inside the furnace.
