目的:探讨家兔不同程度急性低氧状态对微血管和心电图中的QTc,JTc间期影响。方法:实验采用家兔20只,按随机抽签法分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ两组,每组10只,分别给予吸入125mL/L和85mL/L氦氧混合气体,模拟4000m和6500m高原急性低氧。急性低氧时间分别为5,10,15,20min,于急性低氧前后观察微血管和QTc与JTc间期变化。结果:急性低氧两组血流速度减慢,微血管口径变大(t=2.74,2.81,P<0.05;t=3.15,P<0.01)。与实验前犤Ⅰ组QTc与JTc间期分别为(0.31±0.02)s,(0.29±0.09)s;Ⅱ组分别为(0.33±0.04)s,(0.30±0.09)s犦比较,急性低氧20minⅠ组QTc和JTc间期犤(0.36±0.03)s,(0.36±0.09)s犦有延长(t=2.79,2.91,P<0.05);Ⅱ组QTc间期犤(0.37±0.03)s,(0.28±0.10)s犦有延长,而JTc间期有缩短或不变(t=2.93,P<0.05)。结论:急性低氧可使微血管血流速度减慢,口径变大,心肌去、复极化发生改变。
Objective: To investigate the QTc and JTc interval in microvascular and electrocardiogram in rabbits with different degrees of acute hypoxia. Methods: Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) randomly. The rats in each group were given 125 mL / L and 85 mL / L heliox to simulate the acute hypoxia at 4000 m and 6500 m. Acute hypoxia time were 5,10,15,20 min, before and after acute hypoxic microvascular and QTc and JTc interval changes. Results: The blood flow velocity of both acute hypoxia groups slowed down and the diameter of capillaries became larger (t = 2.74,2.81, P <0.05; t = 3.15, P <0.01). (0.31 ± 0.02) s and (0.29 ± 0.09) s respectively in group Ⅰ and (0.33 ± 0.04) s and (0.30 ± 0.09) s Ⅱ in group Ⅱ, respectively (0.37 ± 0.03) s and (0.36 ± 0.09) s 犦 in 20 min group Ⅰ were longer than those in the control group (t = 2.79,2.91, P <0.05) 0.28 ± 0.10) s 犦, while the JTc interval decreased or remained unchanged (t = 2.93, P <0.05). Conclusion: Acute hypoxia can slow down the capillary blood flow and increase the caliber, and the depolarization and myocardial depolarization change.
