湿法综合利用铅渣系我所横向联系课题。一九八五年二月湖南省湘潭市化工厂委托我所进行湿法综合利用铅渣的试验研究。经过近一年的努力,做出了一个湿法综合利用铅渣的新工艺,于今年11月向湘潭市化工厂提出了试验报告。新工艺流程具有过程简单、金属回收率高、能耗低和无三废污染等优点。产品为三盐基硫酸铅价值较高的化工产品,且达到化工部颁一级品标准,经济效益明显。湘潭化工厂对新工艺表示满意,11月28日通过验收,并着手筹建1吨/日级的半工业试验装置。湘潭化工厂的铅渣是生产立德粉的残渣,每年约有100多吨。铅渣含铅为33%,含锌为10%,含银为33克/吨。铅以硫酸铅形式存在,锌大多以铁酸锌存在。铅渣原来是用土窑高温还原回收金属铅,这种方法污染严重,铅回收率仅为60%,产品为粗铅,工人劳动强度大,生产成本较高,且锌不能回收。
The comprehensive utilization of lead in wet method is a horizontal contact project by our institute. February 1985 Xiangtan City, Hunan Province Chemical Plant commissioned by the Institute of wet synthesis of lead slag pilot study. After nearly a year of hard work, we have made a new technology for comprehensive utilization of lead slag by wet method. In November this year, we presented a test report to Xiangtan Chemical Plant. The new process has the advantages of simple process, high metal recovery rate, low energy consumption and no tri-waste pollution. The product is a chemical product with high value of tribasic lead sulfate, and reaches the first grade standard of chemical ministry. The economic benefit is obvious. Xiangtan Chemical Plant expressed its satisfaction with the new process, passed the acceptance on November 28, and set about to build a 1 ton / day semi-industrial pilot plant. Xiangtan Chemical Plant lead residue is the production of lithopone residue, each year about 100 tons. Lead slag lead is 33%, zinc is 10%, silver is 33 grams / ton. Lead exists in the form of lead sulfate, and zinc is mostly present as zinc ferrite. Lead slag was used to restore metal lead by high temperature reduction in a kiln. This method was seriously polluted. The lead recovery rate was only 60%. The product was crude lead. The labor intensity of workers was high, the production cost was high, and zinc was not recovered.
