转基因育种技术是作物遗传改良的一个重要技术,通过对作物转基因育种领域的SCI论文进行文献计量学、主题研究领域分析,以期获得作物转基因育种领域主要研究方向、发展态势以及制约其发展的关键技术。结果表明,中国的发文数量排名第一,高达2 956篇,约占发文总量的22.1%,篇均被引频次为7.9次。机构中以中国科学院发文最多,其研究涉及一些理想植物植株模型,抗性、细胞发育、胁迫反应的锌指蛋白功能分析,利用模式植物研究生物代谢、抗病、抗逆性的机制规律等。作物转基因研究涉及最多的前三种作物分别为水稻、玉米、小麦。该结果也为我国作物转基因育种领域科研技术人员准确把握领域内发展趋势和关键科学问题提供参考,为科研管理机构制定作物转基因育种领域扶持政策和确定重点扶持领域提供科学依据。
Genetically modified breeding technology is an important technology of crop genetic improvement. Through the bibliometrics and thematic research field analysis of SCI papers in the field of crop genetically modified breeding, the main research directions, development trends and the key technologies restricting the development of crop genetically modified breeding . The result shows that China has the highest number of published papers, with a total of 2 956 papers, accounting for 22.1% of the total, with citation frequency 7.9 times. Institutions to the Chinese Academy of Sciences issued the most papers, the research involves some ideal plant model, resistance, cell development, stress response of the zinc finger protein function analysis, the use of model plants to study biological metabolism, disease resistance, resistance and other laws. The first three crops involved in crop gene research are rice, corn and wheat respectively. The results also provide reference for the scientific and technical personnel in the field of crop genetics and breeding in our country to accurately grasp the development trend and key scientific issues in the field and provide scientific basis for the scientific research management agencies to formulate support policies and identify key supporting fields for crop genetically modified breeding.
