在充分利用测土配方施肥项目取得的数据,收集整理相关图件和其它资料的基础上,以农一师一团为例,将GIS技术、特尔斐法、层次分析法、累加法等引入到耕地资源管理中,通过探讨县域耕地资源管理信息系统(CLRMIS)数据库的建立方法,建立县域土壤资源的空间数据库、属性数据库,对县域耕地地力状况进行评价,将农一师一团耕地划分为3个等级。应用CLRMIS进行耕地地力评价,提高了工作效率,比传统的评价方法可以节约大量的人力、财力和物力,为耕地地力建设与土壤改良利用提供了依据。
