目的:建立广藿香紫苏叶挥发油微乳中百秋李醇的GC含量测定方法。方法:采用挥发油提取器从微乳中提取挥发性成分,用GC法测定挥发油微乳中百秋李醇的含量。色谱条件:HP-5色谱柱;柱温采用程序升温;气化温度为270℃;检测器温度为280℃;分流比为20∶1;流速为1 mL.min-1。结果:表明百秋李醇在0.406 4~4.876 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.589 04X-0.021 4,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.10%(n=5)。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好。可用于挥发油微乳中百秋李醇的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of GC content of Plectranthus lutea in the essential oil of Vitis amulata. Methods: Volatile oil extractors were used to extract volatile components from microemulsion. GC method was used to determine the content of berberol in volatile oil microemulsion. Chromatographic conditions: HP-5 column; column temperature programmed temperature; gasification temperature of 270 ℃; detector temperature of 280 ℃; split ratio of 20: 1; flow rate of 1 mL.min-1. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of pemetrexate in the range of 0.406 4 ~ 4.876 8 μg, the regression equation was Y = 0.589 04X-0.021 4, r = 0.999 8, the average recovery was 97.10% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of berberine alcohol in the microemulsion of volatile oil.
